The original equipment ceramic Lotus catalytic converter is known to be somewhat fragile and restrictive, costing horsepower and in the case of a cat failure it can even cause excess backpressure and engine failure. Swap in MWR’s cat delete pipe or cat pipe and enjoy a significant power increase while protecting your engine!
