GregsRaceParts was born out of necessity for quality parts that either no one else offered, prices where not enthusiast friendly or they lacked quality.  At GRP we pride ourselves in offering quality parts, that are made from quality materials or are from top brands in the industry.  We offer these parts at a competitive price, in a timely manner and with customer service to back them.


Our Story

Greg has been a car enthusiast his whole life.  Growing up racing motorcycles fueled the fire to get into cars at an early age.  Greg attended college level business, automotive repair, performance and technology classes and has been putting his skills to work ever since. 

On many weekends you can catch us at one of many California track days, club races or car shows putting our products to the test.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders placed with GregsRaceParts.com LLC constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed at GregsRaceParts.com and below. All parts shall remain the property of Gregsraceparts.com until paid in full. If items were purchased from a retailer other than us, returns and/or warranty claims MUST be handled through that retailer. Gregsraceparts.com will only handle returns, exchanges or warranties with the direct purchaser. In some instances warranties or exchanges may be carried out with the respective manufacturer directly.  This is handled on a case by case basis. 

ORDERS
The most efficient method for placing orders with GregsRaceParts.com is via the website store. Standard or non-customized orders placed through the website will typically be processed within 1-3 business days. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. Please use an accurate email address during checkout to ensure all communications about your transaction are successful. 

In the event that we encounter technical difficulties/errors causing incorrect product pricing or shipping calculations, GRP will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with their order with corrected totals or cancel their order.  GRP will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to website errors.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only; some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

GRP accepts most all major credit cards and paypal through our webstore.   To arrange a wire transfer payment please email us for instructions.   All transactions are based in U.S. Dollars.   

SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders will be shipped with signature guarantee that are valued over $500. 

We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the ‘shipping address.’ Please use a deliverable address. GRP will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the ‘shipping address.’ All undeliverable packages returned to GRP will result in a refund to the customer less shipping charges.

Shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking information, if obtainable, will be emailed to the customer when the package leaves our facility. International shipments can be delayed due to Customs which is beyond the control of GRP. International shipments can sometimes take 30 days to reach destination. Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.

Items on back-order will ship as soon as they become available. Updates on availability will be emailed when possible to the customer. Some items may remain on back-order longer that originally quoted. Standard Back-ordered items may be canceled for a full refund before they ship but specially built or special order parts may not be cancelled unless otherwise arranged. 

GRP packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Occasionally, damage may still occur in transit. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering must be reported to GRP and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and 'return to sender'.

If you received a wrong item, contact GRP at within 2 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a return shipping slip. Replacements will be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by GRP.

RETURNS
GRP will only handle returns for the direct purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than GRP, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance. 

Returns on ‘new’ merchandise for exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the date of shipment. ‘New’ merchandise cannot be used or show signs of damage from installation or mounting. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

All returns must be accompanied with a ‘return merchandise authorization’ (RMA). To receive an RMA, you must contact GRP. When requesting an RMA, please provide the following details: Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase, and Phone Number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA. Returns must also be received within 14 days from the issuance of the RMA. A RMA does not guarantee a refund or replacement. All returns will be inspected upon return to GRP for return eligibility. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customers. Please maintain all shipping and tracking information until your return is processed since GRP is not responsible for items lost in shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original invoice and contact information with all returns. Eligible returns will be exchanged or refunded less a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

Purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before the order ships if the purchase is for a normally stocked item. If the order is placed for items that are specially made then GRP reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 20%.  Please contact GRP immediately to stop the processing of an order. Once cancellation is confirmed, a credit will be issued.

Orders already shipped from GRP's facility cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.

Special order or customized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the proper size and application of all parts before installation.

WARRANTY
All GRP brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. If a product fails, it will be repaired or replaced at GRP's option when it has been determined by GRP to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than GRP, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not, in no event, exceed the original purchase price. GRP will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product

Warranty claims must ship pre-paid to GRP for review. Claims must include the failed part(s), RMA number, and original proof of purchase. If the claim is missing any of these items, it may be rejected and returned to sender.  Product must be received by GRP within 14 days of RMA’s issue date. Please note that before GRP can issue an RMA for any product, it is first necessary for the installer or end user to contact GRP to discuss the problem. Most issues can be resolved via email. Under no circumstances should a product be returned or a RMA requested before the above process transpires.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Improper use, installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by GRP . This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in GRP products.  

Note: All engine modification components, except those that are exempt by local laws, are intended for OFF-ROAD use only. These components are legal for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage on your vehicle. The loss of vehicle warranty rests solely on the vehicle owner. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these items. GRP is not liable for any fines or penalties incurred by the user. Please know your state and local laws.

PRE-ORDERS & PRE-ORDER PARTIAL PAYMENTS

GRP accepts pre-orders and pre-order deposits on some items at our choosing.  When these items are out of stock a pre-order option button will pop up and allow either full or partial (30%) payment for the item/s to reserve the next available for you.   

In some instances these deposits or payments are non-refundable as the item/s may be a specially made product specific to you, specially ordered in. Once the item is finished or does arrive we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance (70%).   This invoice needs to be paid in a timely manner - 7 business days.   If the invoice is not paid you will forfeit your deposit and the item will be offered to the next person in line.   

All pre-order cancellations and refunds are at the sole discretion of GRP, if you do not intend to follow through with your order and finaly payment please do not place a pre-order.
